I got a link from HIA to a Youtube page that displays Hmong songs. You may want to check it out. A black guy sings a Hmong song and I can hear a voice from the audience: a woman praises that he is better than a Hmong singer. The first song on the right is about a girl asking a boy to teach her the green Hmong dialect. Do you think that I could have this link on my blog? Would it open the doors to many inappropriate pages?

- I was born in a small village in Laos where the villagers were my cousins and close relatives.We lived in peace and freedom. There was no police man and criminal person. I came to the U.S.A. in the late 1976 as the fall of Vietnam and Laos to the communist. I started my high school in 10th grade without any English. Then I went on to college and became a teacher. I have 7 children: 2 boys and 5 girls. Three of the girls were married and each of them had one child.

You could embed the video in your blog ... unfortunately, it will just appear as a black box at school since youtube is blocked. Yes, there is the potential that people could go to youtube and discover something inappropriate, but the first page they would end up at would just show "similar" videos.

What an interesting comment from Karen. I don't think people would end up with an inappropriate video. I think they would just look at yours and/or go to similar ones. I'm madly working on Thing 2.
