Yes,You Tube Is Blocked
Karen is right that it is blocked by the schools. I tried at our school and it did not work. So it is safe to have it on my blog. You Tube does contain inappropriate materials including Hmong materials. I checked a few songs and cartoons that contain bad languages. If it is not blocked by the schools, I will just remove it.
